As a property manager, I also provide the service to monitor and surveille all property landscaping and gardening. I can either monitor the garden with your own gardener already employed or I can provide a professional landscaping and gardening team. Whichever is more convenient for you will be handled with great care and precision.

Short Term Rental Management

Short term rentals are quick money but require constant effort and preparation to keep up with demands and make sure you can set yourself apart from your competition. I also offer services to manage short term rentals via Airbnb and similar apps in a transparent and efficient manner.

Bringing a proper photography and camera team is crucial in presentation. Key Handover & Inventory

Organising the key handover and preparing the property and its estate before hand over might not be a difficult tasks, but definitely consumes time. Checking the apartment before handover, running an inventory and cleaning or renovating the estate before and after a tenant moves in or out needs meticulous attention and is hard to handle from overseas.
